The below website offers a range of information about Dyslexia and is updated often.

Dyslexia Understood

A resource we have found useful for students with Dyslexia is a font called Open Dyslexic. This font is weighted at the bottom and sides and thinner at the top so that students have less issues flipping the letters. To install this font, click on the link above and download the folder. Open up Font Book and drag the folder into the program. This should install the font and then be visible in all of your applications. You can then switch your system preferences to display all fonts as default by installing Tinker Tool.
